A matching pair of cherry Jenny End Tables on their way to their new owner. We have another identical set working their way through the shop.

A matching pair of cherry Jenny End Tables on their way to their new owner. We have another identical set working their way through the shop.

We finished the base design for the new bow front side table. We decided to go with a floating-style base / top. The images show a white oak base for this walnut table. A second walnut base is being built for comparison.

This table is now available in both our etsy shop and website.

The method I use to bevel my smaller table tops. On edges too long to clamp to the auxiliary fence I clamp the auxiliary fence to the tablesaw fence, use a double-stacked feather board and an outfeed roller to support the workpiece as I push it through.

I learned the hard way that not using an outfeed or tablesaw bed extension can lead to your hands being in dangerous positions trying to control the workpiece. Speaking of safety, that pointy offcut wouldn't feel very nice in the gut so a reminder to stand to the side.
